All information received from each client is confidential and used only upon direct instruction. The following steps outline All Recruiting Services Pty Ltd  standard permanent staff recruitment and selection process.

Position Profiling

To gain a better understanding of the industry, operations and how the available position fits into the organisation, our experienced Recruitment Consultants meet with a client representative to conduct a detailed position description, job specification and cultural fit.

File Search

On-line computerised file searches of candidate banks are performed on receipt of a job specification. Suitable profiles are extracted, evaluated and often a same day referral will be made to the client.

Advertising

We recommend advertising under our name in the appropriate media to seek a larger selection of candidates. All Recruiting Services Pty Ltd  will manage this process by creating suitable wording for the advert to placing the ads.

Interviewing

A telephone interview will be conducted and our Recruitment Consultants will report on the availability of applicants they assess as meeting the job specifications and position description.

All Recruiting Services Pty Ltd  will then conduct a face-to-face interview. All Recruiting Services Pty Ltd  uses the most effective method of interviewing, Behavioural Descriptive Interviewing.

All candidates considered suitable for the position will be asked the same questions relating to the relevant selection criteria.

All Recruiting Services Pty Ltd  then screens all applicants and presents to the client a short list of candidates, all of whom are qualified and deemed suitable for the position. Confidentiality is maintained at all times and the clients name does not appear in advertisements and is not divulged to applicants until later in the screening process.

Reference Checking

All Recruiting Services Pty Ltd  contacts previous employers of candidates to obtain references. Rather than rely solely on written references we secure where possible a minimum of two verbal references.

Skills Assessment and Personality Profiles

Each candidate being considered for appointment will complete the appropriate assessments selected by you and your Recruitment Consultant, a feature which is additional to our normal fee structure.

     Behavioural competencies

     The role one plays within a team

     Occupational preferences

Candidate Selection and Client Interviewing

A debriefing is carried out with the client identifying each candidate on the short list. This information is provided to the client, who may use this feedback to assist confirming their selection for second interviews.

Acceptance Confirmed

All Recruiting Services Pty Ltd  contacts the successful candidate on the client's behalf to offer the position and discuss salary, start date and other relevant information, as required. The client will be informed immediately of the candidate's acceptance.

After Placement Service

Our consultants will, for the duration of the guarantee period, monitor progress of each placement and you are encouraged to use this service as required.
