What information do we collect and how is it used?

We ask you to provide certain personal information on our Employment Application form. This information includes certain details such as your names, contact information, your birth date, your employment history and financial details such a bank account numbers (so that you can be paid by direct deposit).

Generally, we will not collect sensitive information about you such as your religious beliefs or political views. We do ask questions about your health but only insofar as this may impact on your ability to perform certain tasks.

We will collect and keep on your file, any written references that you provide to us.

We will also ask you to nominate others referees. We will contact these persons and ask them to give us their views on you and of your work performance abilities insofar as we consider it appropriate for those persons to comment. In some types of sensitive jobs, such as where children are involved or security issues are involved, we may require you to obtain police clearances on your prior history.
